Dictionary of psychology

The Penguin Dictionary of Psychology defines				judgment. There are two distinct connotations
Intuition as under:				which often accompany this term: a) that the
				process is unmediated and somehow mystical;
Intuition: A mode of understanding or				b) that it is a response to subtle cues and
knowing characterized as direct and immediate				relationships apprehended implicitly,
and occurring without conscious thought or				unconsciously.
